Yes. Mango sets up AI customer service on WhatsApp Business through SleekFlow, alongside Instagram, Facebook Messenger and your website chat. Customers message as normal and get an answer in seconds.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. We set the AI to say it’s an assistant and to offer a person when needed. Customers mostly care that they get a fast, correct answer.

What if the AI doesn't know the answer?

It says so and hands the chat to your team on the AI Chat + Human plan, or takes the customer’s details for a callback on the AI Chat plan. We review missed questions each month and add the answers.

Do I need a SleekFlow account?
